April Break Camp Skill Camp

April 22nd - 26th

Monday - Friday

9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Early Drop-8:30 am

Late pick up- 4:30 pm

    Typical Camp Day

    Monday - Friday General Schedule- Subject to Change   
    8:15am - 8:30am Early Drop Off- 
    9:00am - 9:10am -  Stretching
    9:10am - 10:10am - Stations ( Skill Development) Shooting, Passing, Rebounding, ball-handling
    11:00 am - 11:30am - 3 on 3 Games/  Monday & Wednesday- Tuesday Screening Game/ Zone Game
    11:30am - 12:00pm- shot Mania/ Ball Rush
    12:00pm  - 1: 00pm - Lunch
    1:00pm - 1:30 pm - Situation Games/ No Dribble Games1:30pm- 2:00pm- Shooting W/ The Gun or Using 94 Fifty Smart Balls
    2:00pm  - 2:30pm -  5 on 5 games Contest  (Monday/Tuesday)
    Wednesday/Thursday (Boot-camp Stations)
    3:00pm - 4:00pm - individual's/ 2 on 2 games (Monday/Tuesday)
    4:00pm dismissal
    *Awards Ceremony will be on Friday at 3:50pm*

I hereby declare that my child: has no medical condition preventing him/her to participate in all activities provided by the Capitol Region Basketball Boot Camp. In the event of injury or illness, I authorize the C.R.B.B. staff to administer first aid and/or to sign for me in the event the emergency requires hospitalization. My signature below releases the Capitol Region Basketball Boot Camp (and the site of the camp) of any and all liability of any suits, claims, actions, and/or damages due to my child’s participation in the camp. I also understand that if my child does not comply with rules set out by the camp staff, he or she is subject to dismissal without reimbursement. Furthermore, I am giving the Capitol Region Basketball Boot Camp permission to use my child’s photo and/or video for publicity purposes (if you do not grant your permission, please write below or submit a separate form in writing.)
